Data collected

Name, phone, email (if given), CV and anything you add yourself.

Purpose

Assessing you for the role you applied for and other suitable roles; contacting you for interviews.

How long

12 months from the date you apply, then deleted, unless you are hired.

Who sees it

Only the company's HR team and interviewers. Never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

Where it is kept

The company's own HR system (ERPNext), controlled by the company.

Your rights

See, correct, withdraw consent or ask us to delete your application at any time by emailing hiring@ballerheadwear.com. Withdrawing does not affect processing done before.
